yeah that last shot was important.  you don't need pangya to hit spike, cobra, or toma. BUT if your off the mark it will curve a little just like a normal shot.

from what i've heard is, the spike still happening, with the bad impact applied.

So if you missed to the right, your spike will go off to the right as well.

But at least it means less OB / WH risk.
