@xacharon Thanks very much for your comment. I must admit to using a CNC machine. I don't have the patience to cut the gears by hand, especially when one last cut at the end could mean restarting.

Thanks very much. Actually I found your videos helpful in avoiding any problems, hence it worked first time. Well apart from my winding ratchet catching on another part. Couldn't cut gears out by hand as you do. Fortunately I have access to a CNC.
