  • these runners are doing it wrong, spring from your lower calf and flick with your ankle, once at the top of the hill(should take 7 minutes to get there) do a 200m sprint then cruise back down the hill and do it all over again. you should advance each stride only a little so it takes a long time to reach the top. Keep up the good work though and dont forget to run on grass as much as you can.

  • This is a great workout. We pick a steeper hill and work more on the up bound - like the last guy in this video. It really works your hip position, toe-off, and calves. You will be SORE the next day after doing 8-10 hard-effort repeats of these the first time!
