  • 0:24 . I THOUGHT HE SAID.. The live in the small town of penis. Haha. Thumbs up if you agree

  • Hey daisy....what are you doing today?

    "going to school.....like a boss"

  • BADASS

  • EPIC way to go to school:D

  • Comment removed

  • almost ASIANS

  • a megépitése se semmi, ezek a gyerekek tudják értékelni a tudást ,mert életüket kockáztatják érte mindennap

  • and how they go back home?

  • @TheNadiaKiss at 1:00 " the other to bring them back" so there are 2 cables.

  • @peligroso001: gravity helps in one direction, what about the way back?

  • they live in los penis?

  • @arthuriscool1994 Its "Los Pinos" the narrator just pronounced it a weird way.

  • Think of the children!!!! PLEASE! Think of the children!

  • Comment removed

  • @B0sstones I'm thinking. Happy enough, no need for them getting to the Luna Park in order to do that...

  • Fuck! Dropped my phone

  • A real-life Onions newspiece "Government decrees rope slide too awesome, declines to build roads"

  • The boy in the video probably has a bigger unit than anyone on this site, let alone in this country.

  • los penis?

  • I've been zip lining and even did one where you had to plunge into 40 ft of water at the end and it was the most amazing fun I've ever had in my life. I do feel bad that it is small children having to do this. I watched this last night without the speaker and didn't realize it was small kids doing this. These kids are really some badasses! I hope my kids when I finally have some are brave like this!

  • The zip line looked stable. There are more dangerous ways of transportation than a zip line that's (get this) firmly anchored into the ground. Colombians aren't stupid. Give them more credit. No casualties? I think they would've opted for the two-hour-one-way trek every day if someone had died using it, don't you?

  • This didn't start a fundraiser for a bridge?

  • @Rozax I don't know if you were serious... but it's actually much more sturdy than the guy talking gives it credit. The people of the village are wise not to try to carry more than they do already, but they -could- carry more weight if needed; that zip line isn't going to break any time soon. The biggest risk they run is not tying themselves on right, the pulley breaking, or not braking enough before they run into the tires at the end. There's really no need for a bridge; it's pretty safe as is.

  • @MegztheTackleQueen Oh, I don't doubt that the narrator is being dramatic. Seeing as I haven't grown up with this mode of transportation, I'd be an incredible pansy if I needed to use this zip line. I am kinda surprised that this video didn't start a fundraiser for a bridge, though.

  • lol imagine how nervous someone would be if when they were about one fourth the way down they look back and see a huge fat guy getting on the cable right behind them, and he's also carrying an obese midget on his back

  • I'd love to do this.

  • Just dont let Hugh Jackman on it.

  • how do they get back above?

  • I work in school and this video looks like something I'll show the 7th graders next time they complain about the School Bus or haveing to ride Public Transportation to get to school.

  • I wish I could live in a town with a crossing like this, i'd just go back and forward for the fun

  • 3 people would rather be pussies and take the 2 hour hike.

  • How do they get back up?

  • Comment removed

  • Cracked. That is all.

  • is it weird that I find their dad kinda hot?

  • @kranktank yes

  • i did mountain climbing indoor/outdoor, zip line, tree top climbing. But shit - this, this i will have to pass.

  • Well hey, if it works...

  • i think climbing the tower should be numero uno

  • the lost penis village!

  • @blackhole64121

They may have lost their penises but they have balls the size of planets. Seriously though, such a small group of people crossing, why not just move to the other side? o_O

  • @AnotherSchmoe

It's a 2 hour hike through rocky, possibly unstable terrain. You have to either hike down with all your stuff or find a way to use the zipline.

  • @chitoryu12

Yes I'm aware, but when the alternative is a one-time move or using the zip-line for the rest of your life...

  • I would do this for fun. It doesn't look any different from bungie jumping. Except...you know...deadly gorge...but other than that? Fun.

  • as daisy plummets into the terrifying gorge everything goes swell....until there is an earthquake and the line SNAPS! suddenly daisy is literally plummeting down the gorge ahahaha thumbs up?

  • Let's hear it for Cracked!

  • that is a ninja village in disguise ]

  • To some of us adults, especially the ones who have been on a zipline ourselves, this doesn't look too scary. That was my first thought. But if you imagine having never done it before, and being 7 years old, maybe younger, when you do it for the first time...

  • subtitle fail

  • So why don't Oprah or Bono build those kids a bridge or ski-lift-type vehicle?

  • i'm 24 but one day I hope to be as fucking bad to the bone as Daisy and her siblings.

  • This is AWESOME! cracked

  • I'm glad I don't live in village Lost Penis.

  • This isn't scary at all. It looks fun. Cracked lied.

  • Los Penis?

  • They live in the tiny village of los pinas?

  • this is not really that scary its kinda boring but you get to enjoy the view , i have tried it and the guy doing the voice over is just exagerating it

  • GODAMN BADASS KIDS!

  • That would be a fucking awesome way to get to school.

  • their teachers must be extremely hot.

  • And I get scared from the zip lines at go ape!

  • Los penis fuck yea

  • 0:24

they live in the village of lost penis?

  • Holy crap do i look like a lazy asshole

  • Pretty scary that those kids are responsible for hooking themselves up. The U.S. could use one though, it would be a good gene pool cleanser.

  • Dear Unimax. Fuck you and your fucking watermark. Amazing video aside from the asshole who put the watermark on.

  • why dont they get thaem at least a harness

  • Oh noes! People get to live interesting lives! How terrible!

It's not terrifying. It's fun, efficient, and convenient.

If no one's ever been injured or killed, why is this voice-over guy so dramatic about? Some people do this on vacations.

  • @xxRazorJadexx It is terrifying for some people...

  • @LiNaK37 Well yeah, but obviously not to the people doing it. So this guy doesn't need to be so dramatic. His tone of voice is all "It's tragic that these children are forced to these measures" when it's not tragic at all. If that kind of thing were legal in the States for public transportation I'd be all over it.

  • this is beyond awesome

  • This is amazing!

  • MAN SCARY!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I live in Colombia. We call this "canopy" and it's a popular "adventure sport" activity. There are hundreds of tourist spots where you pay to do this so I don't see what's so terrifying about it. Also, the cable is not rickety. The voice-over guy wins the drama-queen, sensationalizing loser award.

  • @robbielex I'm sorry, but that award belongs to Fox News for their report on Anonymous.

  • @robbielex Yeah, but at those tourist sites you have technicians etc. who make sure the system is properly maintained. Also, the brake is more advanced than a fucking piece of wood, and you have something stronger than a tire to stop your descent. Also, the people who do this are probably older than seven, and don't go across in a burlap sack.

Also, thumbs up if you got here from cracked.com

  • @robbielex Do this at seven years old in a system that--unlike a tourist attraction--is not properly maintained. Then do it twice a day, in a burlap sack. Then see if you're terrified or not.

Also, thumbs up if you got here from cracked.com

  • @robbielex no u dont bitch

  • @robbielex that rope looks pretty ghetto....i don't think the pulleys and rope are the same kind you would find at tourist ziplining attractions

  • @robbielex

Yeah, except those lines are checked constantly by experts to make sure they're in fine condition. You've got a small village whose only experience is what they had to learn by themselves maintaining these lines, with their only braking system being a y-shaped wooden stick.

  • @robbielex yeah it certainly didn't look rickety. Still, when you're talking about young kids riding without adults: those are still some badass kids!

  • @robbielex Well, retard, the places in Colombia where tourists pay to try this, theres experts checking it and making sure its safe, and helping them. However, in this case, they dont even know the weight limit.

  • @robbielex Agreed that cable could probably hold a car no problem, that thing is probably rated for 20k plus pounds, thats pretty heavy duty cable!

  • Brilliant way to travel!!!

Terrible video. Why so dramatic about everything...

  • Seriously, I've wanted one of these going from my school to my house like forever. Too bad school years are over and they wouldnt build one anyway. I may have to go there at least once in my lifetime xD

  • i think its a sweet way to go to school. there just being dramatic

  • Looks like a lot of fun to me!

  • that shit looks fun, but that shit is mad sketchy lol

  • Wow,i wud be so scared, they need to build a bridge.their basically saying their lives mean less than money. Very brave children.

  • eventually they would enjoy it

  • Terrifying crossing? Give me a break! It looks like fun to me!

  • The village of Las Penis? they must be very hard up.

  • That is very funny kyrg! Good one!

  • I lost it at the end with the kid in the bag! Amazing.

  • I know the thot of the bag ripping oh my! All who are making light of this or saying scary it is fun. The little girl said it scares her everytime. We here in USA are so blessed with all we have

  • how the hell do they get back?

    wle

  • I love how the big obnoxious logo covers up the subtitles.

  • @Echelon030 Yeah, really. That was annoying. This looks very scary, but kind of fun, too. I would like to try it :P. If those little kids can do it, so can I!

  • Yeah, as if they couldn't make the "Shown on VIDMAX.COM" text any smaller.

  • The north American voice over on this video is really doing what he can to psych up the situation.

  • it's not a rail - it's a zip line. as long as the cable and the anchors are checked regularly, it's great way to save a two-hour walk. mad props to the people who set this up.

  • Looks like fun to me!

  • I'm speechless! Those kids are tough! No fatalities? That's great! Colombia is definitely a main extreme sports destination.
