yea u can but its difficult cause u need a 60$ link cable and u can only do like 1\10 of the hacks because on ps3 u can modify the codes but on 360 u cant as well so thats y i think ps3 is bettr. also to mod the ps3 u only need a 2$ usb flashdrive.
