@roarliveson I contested them on it as whilst I acknowledged I hadn't the rights to the music I felt it promoted the band and that it was better than just an upload of the song - as it contained video. It also had maybe 20,000 views at the time (I'm not sure I used to have a note about it) and I asked all my friends and people who liked it to try and post in support of keeping it here :) Thankfully it's still here :D <3

@Kahiara Thank you for your response! <3 Did they take put the audio first and then you had to contest or was it in the time before they actually pulled the audio. See, I have tried to upload my vid twice. The first time it was up for a few weeks and then they pulled it completely. This time... some out upon upload they detected it and deleted it so by time it was loaded... the audio was gone. I'm assuming certain record companies are putting encryptions within the songs to cause this to occur.

@roarliveson This all happened at the beginning of music being pulled - when it was easier to contest. A few weeks after I have had videos that will never go up as well - even if you contest them. Basically the audio was gone, I contested and it came back... but it's been changed since I believe. :( What you could do is perhaps add a snippet of something else at the beginning or the end; so the track isn't an exact duplicate? Good luck :)
