  • Looking good man. How much weight have you lost to this point? I am on day 3 and feeling the burn. Can't wait to check my results.

  • @Stenz10 Lost around 20 lbs, made it to day 60 then hurt myself =/ never quite finished the program, but I'm going to jump back in so that I can get P90X2 afterwards.

  • Kenpo X is the easiest workout so far, and it's fun as tits.

  • Hey man! I'm starting P90X tomorrow. :) This looks like a lot of fun and I am so excited. Are you doing Lean or Classic? I'm going to be doing Lean due to higher amounts of cardio. I'm going to die! Hehe.

  • @elimae1988 I was doing classic. I didn't get to finish recording my progress, but the intention was to get people motivated to start P90X. You'll do just fine =)

  • @SchlossyTV I think that's awesome you want to motivate others to start in on that program. The fit test killed me, did you end up doing that or did you skip right to the program itself? I'm also curious how you ended up doing pullups. Did you buy the resistance bands from Beachbody? I didn't as I think they're a tad bit too expensive to afford, and I ended up getting some $20 ones from Target.

  • @elimae1988 I performed the fit test as instructed. For pullups, I did the modified version with resistance bands. You can get cheap resistance bands from Amazon as I did for my workouts.

  • @SchlossyTV How well do they keep their shape? And I was curious as to how well they function under P90X's extreme requirements. Tomorrow is the starting day and I WILL bring it. I always have ;).

  • Hey man, you're doing a great job, one suggestion that I have it to make your movements longer and bigger. Like the hiesman or double knee hiesman, make sure you are clearing about 6-8 feet of space from left to right, really bring your knee up high to your chest and hold it for a second or 2 then go to the other side. Really get into the workout and push yourself. Stuff like monster truck tires, same thing, leap as far as you can forward, if you don't have the space in your room do it outside.

  • Hey keep up the effort, and best of luck. My suggestions is to perfect your technique by attending a real Kenpo School. Your positioning and form needs to fixed, but you need a nexpert to do so. Remember, this is very powerful. Look Up paul mills kenpo karate, this is a demostration of the power of kenpo

  • @UNCOVERINGTHEREALme Thanks :) I'm still working even though finals are a hassle while dieting/exercising. Hopefully once finals are over I can really kick it into gear.

  • @SchlossyTV Yeah finals are killer, but just think summer is almost here! A little more free time to really focus!  Do you plan on taking a summer session?

  • @UNCOVERINGTHEREALme I'm taking Summer A which is 2 months. I'm only taking 1 class so I'll have more time to focus on my diet, exercise, and work.
