Sorry i didnt reply sooner...The film seemed scary because it was Phscological horror...The fact they were shut of from the outside world by the snow...And that well he went crazey...It scares me because its something that could happen if anyone was put in the same situation as them if you get what i mean :]
@TheLoubyLeigh yeaah i know what u mean there are many good movies with those elements. but being a horror writer, paranormal experience,i dnt get scared from movies :P but Friend and sub me
If I was still 5 I would say the first Leprechaun. Watching it as kid and picturing something short and ugly following you try to kill you made it hard for me to sleep. Now I can watch it and just laugh.
But now I would have to say the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I first saw it when I was about 16 or 17 and it freaked me out. Still kind of does, but I love it.
thanks, i always thought Leprechaun was a jjoke, i just wanted to know bcuz im an aspiring horror writer and nothing really scares me, so i wanted to know what movies to take elements from, THANKS FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION!
When i was a little girl, i watched the film the shining, the original when i wasn't suposed too...and i thought the scariest bits of the film was the old lady in the bathtub and the little boy saying ''redrum'' :L
Before my parents bought our first house an old man died in it. Growing up my family and I would see the craziest things. For example lights would turn on and off by themselves, pictures would fall over, we saw shadows, heard voices. Up until I moved out i was always afraid of that house.
The scariest movie I have seen was John Carpenters Halloween. I saw it when I was six and ever since then it has been the only movie that scares me when i watch it by myself.
