Like...I get your point of... view... but like... even like.., the most dumb ass groupie... should be like a little sort of reserved when... like... feeling that kind of... itch of stupidity which makes them like sort of... qualify every like kind of... thing that like... doesn't kind of... resemble Britney Spears' shit as like, kind of, sort of... brilliant art. The problem is, Magikk, that Emily really *is* rather brilliant. Groupie or not, she's found herself at the forefront of independent rock. Recording an album on a laptop with a play button is a difficult thing to do... you know what's more difficult? Selling over a million copies of that record. What's even more difficult than that? Talking in front of a camera when you're terrified of saying anything not in song, as Emily Haines self-confessed is. (Why you don't see many interviews with her.)

Secondly, I don't know how *brilliant* she is... but I know for a fact that she's a terrible communicator -- which is exactly what I commented about and has nothing to do with x, y, z other qualities that she may or may not have.
