  • Well....I like the echo-iness of your sound - wish you had better lighting for some of the shots...nice guitar work, especially in the second half....

  • Bien trasher suena Cro Mags en esta epoca

  • did the cro mags had another album like the age of quarrel?

  • :@

  • CRO MAGS

  • do you like cro- mags? check out these bands : strike first (holland), deal with it (u.k.),teamkiller (germany) , skullcrusher , bitter end , foose, bloodclot! (u.s.a.)

  • ha....just you ......

  • @viktorhat to like music,an individual needs to feel it/ relate to it... some people just do not have the depth to like it.........

  • i love hardcore, but some of the fans are just idiots who listen to NOTHING but hardcore, and refuse to accept other genres of music ¬_¬

  • @LarryGuitaryGuy It's weird, I really like hardcore and metal, and hardcore fans are more open minded, but metalheads they're... you know.

  • @ZombieSolace hmm wierd, for me its the other way round

  • @ZombieSolace I love metal and punk both equally. All the real metalheads I know are open minded. The problem is now hardcore is now all the poser metal crap like the devil wears prada, and those are the close-minded ignorant people.

  • @TheUndeadAnarchist I have nothing against new metal|hardcore fusions. Sometimes they do something that is worth enough (Between the buried and me). As you say, I believe too that true metalheads and true punks are open-minded. Here, I have seen true punks being gently and sharing cigarrettes with hardcoremo kids.

  • This is so awful...

  • thumbs up to the people who see the heavy Bad Brains influence. all of theirs records have it.

  • my god what riffs...

  • I can hear the suicidal tendencies in this shit!

  • fuck all u foos listen to the song and shut the fuck up!!!!

  • this is the greatest of all cro-mags songs

  • awesome album

  • total crap! their 1st 2 albums were great, especially the 1st album. this sounds like a shitty Ozzy rip off!!

  • Forgot this sounded like Bad Brains!

  • Mr Scary intro...lol

  • I fuckin love this song and the video too. Cro Mags fuckin rulz! I like JJ singin. Doug with Rayban wearin timber shirt is really amazing!

  • I really like this band! And there's a song of them in GTA4 ^^

  • boo!

  • i actually love the Cro Mags since 84 and yes this does suck...

  • It's a shame Johny J isn't a musican...He cant write a Lick of music!!!!

  • Hair metal with shouting--they turned into fags

  • There is little Coverdale inside and Whitesnake :):):)

  • @BadBrains77 Exactly friend!!!!I said that a long time ago!!!

  • John Joseph rulezzzzz. Cro-Magnon! Cro-Magnon! hip hip hurray!

  • The title is Paths (plural)

  • i wish there was me instead of Gabby

  • Now follow the path......

  • creo que es una banda muy original, demasiado, todo ese disco esta excelen te¡

  • Totally agree with you whitedragonawa, John sounds more like Ozzy in this tune.Dfe nuthin beats Age of.. When it comes to Cro Mags

  • Just curious, did a lot of NYHC bands start off doing lots of screaming and tough yelling and then start this singing alternative radio rock terrible vocals to get more popular? Cause I believe some other bands did this...maybe nu metal spawned out of this idea. I dont know but its not that good.

  • @whitedragonawa think this was after his hari krishna experiences perhaps?

  • @whitedragonawa No mostly all of them Crossover to Thrash Metal.

  • holy shit. this is fucking bad ass. how have i never heard this?

  • 1:49 That riff sounds similar to Whitesnakes song Still of the night, the part when the breakdown enters.

  • beats good i dont like the singer

  • Age Of The Quarrel was better

  • Maybe not as strong as the others but I still love it and John Joseph is the fuckin man

  • ROBERT FERMENTOWICZ

  • sounds like Leeway was listening to this...

  • @SedVicious I think you'll find it's the other way round

  • @SedVicious i think it has to do with AJ Novello playing guitar on that record

  • @crucialxkarl ahh, lol. didnt know that. thanx for the info. at least my ears were correct

  • @Teamsleeper

hmmmm ya yer right....but with some hardcore influence......

  • lol thats a nice call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You forgot to mention Megadeath. ha ha.

  • Hahaha... Exactly like that.

  • @Teamsleeper this shit was out before faith no more

  • @666Angelfuck - are u sure? this album came out in 1992. Faith No More's breakthrough album(The Real Thing) cameoutin 1989...andbesides that, FNM started in 1981 as Faith No Man. Cro Mags started in 1985.

  • @robfilardo Harley Flanagan – vocals (1981–1993, 1999–2002, also bass)---John Joseph "Bloodclot!" McGowan – vocals (1981, 1984–1987, 1991–1999, 2002–present)

  • @robfilardo Fail, Cro-mags started in 1981.

BTW. Faith no more Fanboy detected.

  • @Teamsleeper haha yeah, well the voice remainds me Ozzy. This song is more metal then HxC

  • @Teamsleeperit sounds like house of pain by van halen if you ask me

  • @Teamsleeper It's just you.. listing to metal too long...Give your self a look at all the good music you have been missing!

  • @Teamsleeper naah, straight sounds like bad brains from the same period.cro-mags were close with h.r and his crew

  • there aint no bad cro mags records at all....they just kick ass....im a punk and although i fuckin love the age of quarrel lp i also have to say that this stuff is really fucking good...

  • This seriously rules, i know this is not like their hardcore stuff, but come on... fucking awesome metal.

  • Hare Krsna. You all rock, band and listeners! More glories to you! We're taking over this planet from the demoniac banksters. Do it. Chant Hare Krsna. (ACBSP)!

  • Whoa Harley with long hair? I would've never imagined

  • hard core puffs out!

  • .....fucking great video!!

  • no harley=no mags this sucks!

  • @jinxedjane13

    Harley's there...long hair and all

  • THRASH

  • I would not call this Glam metal really. Though it is a depature for sure. Sounds more to me like say Kings X or something. In fact you could almot immagine that they would support Dream Theater who were starting to break out at this time. Anyway, I do not dislike this at all. I still own it. But I accept it is not Cro Mags as they are known. But they were just expressing I guess at the time. To each their own.

  • this shit sucks.

    Jon Joseph > All

  • If you knew anything about J.J. you would know this has to do with his belief in Krishna.

  • you misunderstood.

im saying Alpha-Omega is shit compared to

    The Age of Quarrel

  • Whats really sucks is JJ never saw ONE DIME from all the hard work.

  • They need a singer like Alsemo

  • i would not even dream of putting phill Anselmo in the same category as bloodclot,

    Cromags!

    SKINHEAD

    BRAKE OUT!!!!!!!!!!

  • they sold them selves........ fuck new age

  • It's not "New Age" that they're into, dude. It's ancient yogic philosophy.

  • JJ rejoined the band to make this album. It was a bad time for Cro-Mags. I saw them with Exploited on this tour.

  • wtf.....why do they sound fucking glam metal?!??!!

AGE OF QUARREL SOUNDS SO DIFFERENT THEN THIS!!

  • harley layed down tracks in and out of JJ's trying to mimic JJ's vocal attack, and at times he layerd them over each other, thats why you cant tell at times, any "OH YEAAAAHH" you hear is most definitely harley.

  • Great book hu :)

  • That is JJ singing. lol woops

  • It is John Joseph dude :)

It really don't matter which one is singing Harley or John...atleast to me, though their best records were sang by John.

  • No doubt, I actually liked ALPHA OMEGA cuz in 92/93 i was still all about NYHC and AGE OF QUARREL is probably the best NYHC album ever, one of the best ALBUMS ever for that matter. Harley vs John i gotta say John comes out looking better, Harley is just way to fucking full of himself

  • hair metal is awesome anyhow! haha

  • What about Eric Casanova? He was my Friend;chewed up and spit out by cro-mags and iskcon, last time I saw him he was strung out and begging in Williamsburg, Bkln.

  • Eric Casanova who played guitar on ALPHA OMEGA? when did you see him strung out in Williamsburg?

  • It was probably 1999 or 2000. I'd met Eric in San Diego in the late 1980's, He was a good friend, and it broke my heart to see him in such bad shape.I gave him $20,even though I'm sure it went to a score,it was all i could do. Shame on iskcon for not doing something to help someone who did so much service.

  • Damn that sux. it is pretty ironic that Harley was a junkie to the max when I was in high school. I went to school on the Upper West Side. We used to hang out at Sheep's Meadow or just "the meadow.' He used to be all over that place stoned out of his gourd. To top that off, a buddy of mine who got into hard drugs early on used to cop heroin and angel dust for him...and that is just the plain facts if you were around in 92/93. Wonder what's up with Eric now?

  • I hope he's OK. For all the "good" iskcon supposedly did, you got dropped like a hot potato, and were ostracized if you questioned the management AT ALL.

  • GREATEST SONG EVER! Alpha Omega and Best Wishes RULE!! Who is the lead singer for this song? Harley Flanagan or John Joseph??

  • John Joseph, i like Harley's vocals too, i never really care who is singing the song

  • i think they should of kept the vocals like bloodclots from the first album would of made this album sound harder

  • I think they both sang a little bit in this song. John has the really high pitched voice and Harley has the lower one

  • You know what? This is a lot better than I remember it being. Alpha Omega...

  • my fave song and fave album by the almighty cro mags!

  • Alpha-Omega is good but Best Wishes is unbeatable in it's genre and whole NYHC scene

  • alpha-omega is certified genius

  • So true. Alpha Omega is one the greatest albums ever made and Paths of Perfection is the GREATEST! I wish they'd make more songs like this!

  • The guitar players look a little different here, is that because of band changes or hair changes?

  • jsut the hair changes.

  • really fucking awesome!!!!!

  • Awesome!

  • fucking awesome !!!

  • jj sort of sounds like ozzy in this video

  • they do cite Black Sabbath as one of their influences.

  • Saw these in Leeds 1988?? F**king Great!!

  • amazing album

  • @GreatestPotential Second that. AMAZING ALBUM

  • For the 3rd Cro-mags album, This shit was so a head of it's time. Doug ( Les Paul ) Gabby

( Strat ) made a good team. To bad the tour for this L.P. never happend.

  • Cro-Mags were one of the "crossover" bands

  • Very Friggin Excellent !

  • Killer track !
