Graffiti might be art or it might not be. If I own a house and pay good money for a nice cedar fence and then some kid tags it in the middle of the night, is that art or is that vandalism?
Bronx, Tacoma, Sacramento, Atlanta, Seattle. YES I love in the city. Train-car=private business, that's vandalism. That business has to pay money every time they want to clean up their cars. If it is on public property that is paid for by tax dollars then it is vandalism because I have to pay to have it cleanup up. It's MY bustop as much as yours, MY subway as much as yours, MY community.
I tell you what, you can spray anything that belongs to you. If you spray anything that belongs to me, I will be going to the clinic the next day to get tested because I don't know if your blood I got all over me is tainted.
