This song and this album get more play on my ipod than any other song or album to this day. It is one of the few albums I can start on track 1 and listen straight through.

  • I was 13 when this album came out. I'm now 36 and a mother of 3 and showed my oldest son who is 8 the video for "Sugar" and his comments were.."wow..those lasers are awesome..I can't believe the drummer has only 1 arm..." and then the best comment.."how come music isn't this cool now?" :)

  • @rileyalexrose10 you've got a winner!!! My son loves hair metal too, either genuinely or because I perpetually expose him to it, leaving him no other choice.

  • Music like this is what put MTV & VH1 on the map! Now all MTV & VH1 does is shit dumb shows!

  • Great song by a great band, I grew up in the 80's and here I am over 20 years later still listening to them. I just bought the Rock of Ages Definitive Collection, a good buy! Rock on Leppard!

  • back in the 80's i was so excited to watch rage, to see all the amazing bands that used to be. now i couldnt be stuffed, music is slowly losing its power, its not how it used to be. its sad really :(

  • I love this song!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brings back so many memories and emotions from when I was a teenager!!!! Def Leppard was the BEST!!! ZWhoooooooooo yea baby!!

  • @MsPacheco2882 Still is the best, my friend.

  • This boys and girls was the definition of music in an entire generation. And certainly better than the blazzey stuff we are forced to swallow now.

  • i miss you theresa

  • DEF LEPPARD ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Love you Def Leppard!!!

  • I remember when I heard for first time this song, I jizzed in my pants, seriously.

  • Their drummer's without an arm. :-(

  • @mark197ify i believe he was in a automobile accident and the band waited for his recovery before they resumed touring, if I can remember back that far and i hope that is correct, there was a doc on tv about them

  • @3563kelly Your correct, he was in an auto accident.

  • @3563kelly You are correct, he was in an car accident.

  • Def's best song.....HANDS DOWN.

  • @lcr1955 In my opinion "Photograph" or "Foolin" is their best song(s)

  • @tromblay99backup ...Photograph, imo but this and Foolin are great also!!

  • Awesome Inspirational Band!!! I heard this in Applebees and had to come here to listen to some pure 1980's gold again,LOL

  • This songs, when released, was far ahead of time. And after 25 years it has not lost none of its potency. I realize how lucky I was to be able to live and experience the 1980s. Those days are not going to come back. The world is different now, I am sad to say!

  • @atulur OMG I have tears in my eyes listening to this stuff. I am an old fat fart now. When this came out I was slim and good looking (ish). Love this music and the other 80's stuff. Can't beleive it but this reminds me of my wife that I met in 1988. Still married. Still love her and this song.

  • @atulur Man. I couldn't have said it better myself! Perfect!

  • I had this tape when I was in 5th grade. My older cousins at the time thought I was cool for having the Hysteria tape at that age. That was back in 88

Go Balls Of Furry for rocking Def Leppard. "You squished lucky cricket? thanks a lot kid"

  • my dad brought me up with all of the great bands and i just fell in love with them all im 20 now and what great memories i have from this music and my basic opinion is that todays generation of artists will never get close to any band with a guitar in from 70s,80s and early 90s after that they just killed everything

  • I am the father of the girl who in top comment. Jucy!!! Where were you 2 weeks ago??!!

  • when this album came out i got the cassette and it did not leave the car stereo for months and months and then i took up guitar and i am 44 and still going strong as a lep fan and have seen them twice now.i believe certain music can have a magic element that surrounds it and remains timeless despite fads and trends that come and go.

  • this song got me into def leppard the first time i watch the video and even so i know this on guitar it's one of the best songs from that album and ever before i go out on the town i listen to this song and i end up with a girl chatting me up

  • To you sugardaddy...You drive me wild...mmmmmmm good..

  • Def leppard did this song in 2008 with taylor swift. on a show called CMT crossroads taylor swift / def leppard. where joe elliott sang a few taylor swift songs. it was something different. where rock meets country.

  • smart people know what good music is. age doesn't fucking matter. only reason this music isn't as popular with people my age (teenagers) is because it isn't being promoted (read, shoved down their throats) by the record labels. every one of my friends who i have introduced to this music loves it. sadly the majority of teenagers don't think for themselves and just listen to what everyone else is listening to which, at the moment, is crap. eventually it'll change, hopefully sooner than later.

  • @gojira931 god i hope your right my teenage daughters do like some of this stuff though as i have introduced it to them early on.

  • love this music... but I am not english,an

d I am not old at all!! I have daughter 5 years old , she likes this music too..

  • sometimes when i listen to music like that, and i think about what my generation listens to, i just want to hug my dad and thank him for teach me what real music is :)

    <3333

    Def Leppard 4 lyyyfe!"

What the fuck happened to originality?

  • Why do I hate people who claim to be teenagers and pride themselves in liking old rock bands?

  • @CSBABA we're just saying that people in our generation are not all ''OH, justin bieber!!!!"'. Some young people still do have good taste in music even if we were born in a generation of pretty horrible bands/singers.

  • I love this band more than 20 years, they have the best of the best!

  • @juicycouturegirlx0x0 Would you like a cookie for that revelation? My six year old cousin likes them too, so I guess that makes you so last week.

  • @juicycouturegirlx0x0 no one cares.

  • @lunqs no one asked for your opinion

  • @juicycouturegirlx0x0 liek omg u so r kool du u wnt a award cuz u r yung n liek def leppard?

    leave.

  • @lunqs k first of all, your comments are pointless. i never asked to be top comment so that people would comment and hate. I was just stating that my generation is not lost. People still do have good taste in music. K bye.

  • @juicycouturegirlx0x0 You wanted to be an attention whore, and you got it. You probably only heard this song one day and are like, OMG I LUV DEMEMEMEMEMDMEMDEMDMEDMEMD.

  • @juicycouturegirlx0x0 so? I like them too since I had 12 and i still do, it's the forever love ;) ;)

  • @juicycouturegirlx0x0 Want an award?

  • @decembercannibalist yes please.

  • @juicycouturegirlx0x0 wait 4 years and we'll have a talk

  • @juicycouturegirlx0x0 r u sure you're asking me why? how silly...first: I love def leppard too. 2nd: most of the DL girl fans are hot. 3rd: you're underage and I'm 19. now use you're high school brain to find out why I said it with these 3 facts.

  • @80sHardRockLover OH!!! okay now i understand lol :P

  • @juicycouturegirlx0x0

    There's NO problem with that.

I'm 16 going on 17 and I'm in love with these kinda bands. That's what being with Uncle get's me :)
