since i downloaded the new windaws explorer ive been having some issues with it where i dont seem to like it a hole lot cause when i need customer support on a website it kicks me where its not working like it should and there has been nothing i could do about it only if they made it alot better with out it being such ayyoing at times liked windaws explorer 8 the best

internet explorer came out a while ago and I downloaded it on my windows 7 computer and it sucks and its slow and it freezes allot, and I have a top of the line custom computer I built so I know its the lousy software... Mozilla forever!

Look, Stephen, we gave this bloated piece of shit a chance YEARS ago when you should have improved it to perfection. You have billions of dollars, tens of thousands of man hours at your disposal and you cannot even make a fucking browser that runs HTML to work right without us getting a virus every fucking 2 days? Microsoft should be broken up and out of business. They are a monopoly that has been allowed to exist by our government. They cannot make anything right. Long live Linux.

I've already restarted my computer in finish installing IE9, and it's very cool but the one thing is bad about it is the text and I don't know it seems alittle fade or silver, not pure black.

IE(9) is going to have some of the same features that google chrome already has.  The text on the web pg supported the hints provided by the video that microsft will "chromify" IE 9.0's interface by mimicking Google's browser's UI. PS: IE(9) only going to be available for win vista and windows 7 NO XP!!!!!!! AND THE !ST READ BETA VERSION IS DUE IN SEPTEMBER , 17, 2010! AND THE BROWSER WILL SHIP IN APRIL 2011.

I guess HTML5 is many things, but for me it's canvas and SVG first. Not to mention the VIDEO tag, and a support for an _OPEN_ video format! (Yea, i know, Safari and apple ... :-(

IE9 gonna have these??? Then please stop throwing "HTML5" in presentations. See Firefox and Chrome (and Opera and ....)

Actually, yeah, they can mention HTML5 in their slides, as that is what they are working on.

They have mentioned work on SVG support (they are currently working with the SVG working group to clear up some confusions), and they mentioned working on Canvas support. Some nice CSS3 too, like rounded corners... You should follow IEBlog, so you actually have a bit of an idea what they are doing.

google is a kickass browser........but after i use it for a month it starts to chrash the flashplayer.........so i kick its ass off my PC.i still stick to IE because i dosent trouble shoot plugins :D

I did until IE8, I'm using Firefox now. I didn't like FF till the new one, and Chrome uses little resources until you start opening lots of tabs... Which I do...

Its GPU accelerated, so far its very fast...

@TXalejando I use it everyday. It intergrates through my download manager seamlessly. I have a hard time integrating it using Chrome. Firefox is better but it isn't as seamless.
