  • @fadi666 thanks, this is why I put disclaimers in my video descriptions :L

  • lol i like the ending....-hand on camra- ^^

  • Hey i have a question,..umm how do u do a like backwards criss cross?? i keep trying to find someone who teaches it but theyre all too fast and ur the only one who does it actully slow so a person can actually see what goes where to do it..so do you think u can show me or on a video or something? Thanks!

    Kat~

  • Thanks, I had been looking for instructions on this type of trick for a while now.

  • Great video. I still can't do the EB but great video none the less.

  • Hey Billy... you're amazing. Thanks for taking the time to help others. Do you think the beaded ropes are good ones for rank beginners? Thank you!

  • @17jesusochoa Oh yes , try doing 10 min of jump rope then add 5 min each week until you reach 20-25 trust me you will lose weight and its very hard on the cardio.

BTW : a tip to lose weight , eat less move more , no fast food and fat eat more carbs.

  • @17jesusochoa Uhh yes, its the most intense cardio workout you can do, and is therefore a great exercise for weight loss when done for long periods

  • @BillyTWildi I think sprints, swimming with a current, or almost anything else, are more "intense" than jump roping, but whatever.

  • @KoH4711 okay don't patronize me, those sprints? How long can you keep that up for? Swimming against a current? Not very practical for most people, is it? By calories burnt per hour there is almost no equivalent that can be sustained, certainly not in a gym. For example ten minutes of jump rope at 120 rpm is equivalent by calories burnt to half an hour of jogging, and it's not difficult to go faster than that. For high intensity, high impact training for almost no cost the jump rope is unmatched

  • @BillyTWildi We're not talking about jump roping being a viable home gym solution, you said it was one of the most 'intense' workouts out there. I'm saying, from a first hand experience, from jump rope to doing 12 rounds in a boxing ring, there ARE more intense things that you could be doing for cardio. For home gyms or otherwise.

I love jump roping, don't get me wrong, I can't imagine working out without it, but I don't say stupid shit like 'it's the most intense workout or your life.'

  • @KoH4711 ok maybe I used my words a little carelessly, but even so, there aren't many things as hard or as calorie burning as continuous triple unders :)

  • how long is your rope?

  • Mine is 9ft, and the handles are about 20cm. I am about 6 ft 2" tall.

  • hi!

can you tell me what's the name of your rope?

in italy i can't find one with the handle like yours!

    thanx!

  • It was called 'All star trick skipping rope' and there is an identical one from another place called a 'trickstar jump rope' I'm not sure of their avaliability in Italy I'm afraid though.

  • try to find a plastic jump rope there the best kind of rope and from what i've heard, there also a speed rope, and there the cheapest too. peace be with you.

  • thanks so much, i've been trying to figure out how this was done and this helped a lot! nice shirt by the way :)

  • what are the names of the two tricks you are not teaching us

  • the toad and the caboose

  • Nice job. Where are you from?

  • south east england

  • Kent?

  • yep

  • nice done!
