actullly you could only get articuno moltres and zapdos 2 years ago. i started playing 3 years ago and during the start of my second year i got an articuno. but other than that yeah this is a great cheat for the year of 2009 after 2010 they patched it.

thats no hack those legys are available in lots of rooms the only legys that can't be catched are : darkrai , dialga , heatran probably , regigigas , registeel , regice , regirock , azelf , phione , palkia and few more I guess
