  • BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you for my friend for sharing this Great video.

  • at second and third listening, it is more and more exciting. so wonderful!

  • @eliyaguy This was the 1st piece I heard by the quartet on an LP I bought in the '70s or early '80s. I think my favorite Flonzaley is Mozart K 421, but this is a close second.

  • thanks for this, too!

  • You' re welcome.

  • Ofcourse, it isaway of speaking.

  • @kamvysis Sorry to sound dogmatic.

  • There are Beethovensesque parts, no?

  • @kamvysis He did teach Beethoven. It would be more correct to say Beethoven sounds like Haydn at times.

  • Great! Do you know what year this was recorded?

  • Thanks! I have several of the Flonzaley's 78rpm's (Beethoven, Grieg), but not this one?Nice to notice Biddulph has issued them (mark-obert Thorn?). I know a shop that has still many Biddulph cde's in stock, will browse the shelfs!

    Greetings, Rolf
