Anyhow, i was not referring to the lyrics of the marsiya but its composition, which was composed by Ustad Amanat Ali Khan. So you better call this a marsiya only, why then specifcally calling it an Indian marsiya, whereas its not the case. I requested you before too that a country tag does not make sense at all as we all are shias and one, irrespective from where we origin from. Other than that my paternal family did not come from India but were arabs from Saudia who later came to lahore.

Sir, The composition does not name the lyrics to the composer, any peotry will always be known by the name of the poet not the composer. Moreover even the compsition is also a very old comsition from Lucknow Noha readers Asad Amanat Ali took it from there.

I don´t know why this nauha is identified as a INDIAN Nauha because this is orginally sung by Ustad Amanat Ali Khan but was then very often recited by Late Asad Amanat Ali, both of them are from Pakistan. I know them because they are my blood relatives. Anyhow, a Salaam recited by anyone lover of Ahle-Bayt is a Salaam, irrespective whoever sung it, so don´t bring this irrelevant country tag into it!. Ya Ali Madad

Most shias today who are in Pakistan have their roots in India. This marsiya was written by Mir Anees who is a shia from Lucknow. I have great respect for Ustaad Amanat Ali Khan. He is in heaven because of his extreme love of Imam Hussain (AS). Please remember there are many shias in India than pakistan and your family also came to Pakistan after partition.
