But I also believe their fanaticism comes from living under very harsh conditions there. @rabbichaimmoshe He probably comes from a fairly quiet area. Unlike the district of Nablus, where there has recently been so much upheaval regarding the olive-harvest. Palestinians needed to be protected from the settler-activists, by some human rights organizations and even the IDF - just to collect their fruits which are part of their livelihood. If the settlers are so religious, they should rather help the Palestinians and thereby show the world what is true tikkun olam.
