hey this is really helpful but I'm concerned about one thing only :\

I've been told that if you pinch the contact while removing it, you might tear it or damage it. But you look like you've practised tho...:) I'm planning on having long nails so if you have some extra advice let me know :) Great tutorial btw :)

I just got contacts and have nails the length of yours. I tried your way of insertion and it worked the 1st time!! yeah! I need to have a fast reliable way to get them in in the morning for when I start my teaching job in a couple weeks. To remove I just take my 2 middles fingers, look straight ahead and touch each outer edge of my contact. I give a gentle sqeeze and it comes out. Thanks for your video! : :)

Ok Just practice because when i first put mine on it took like freakin an h30 min to put them on but now takes me 30 secs hehe
