Yes, Silver seems to be related to Shadow. The choosing of Galahad as Silver's alias seems to be intentional.

Arthur's Queen obviously was scrapped, since this mean she would have an affair with Lancelot.

Interestingly, Lancelot was tricked to procreate Galahad. Will Shadow get 'tricked' by a girl to procreate Silver or at least his ancestor?

well the story is that nice little girl you saw pretended to be harmed but was a granddaughter and made an illusion of king arthur and had 3 servants knuckles (gawain) shadow (lancelot) and blaze (percival). They weren't themselves though because when sonic came they were from his world too so they took that place and they got things for the girl and showed that arthur was an illusion and tried to kill them and take over land but got stopped and peace -_- WHEW what a mouthfull!
