Power lifter /= Stompa. Stompas are huge and kill stuff. A power lifter is heavy machinery that moves material and is not meant to kill things. Hence painted yellow so you can see it and get the heck out of the way when it starts swinging. Besides who would want to paint their Stompa yellow? that just makes it go slower.
