This may be a dumb question, but how come the audio and video are so mismatched?

Hmm the encoder I used a that time (PocketDIVXEncoder or something like that) somehow made the vid go out of sync. Anyway I could capture it again without the mismatch but I think somehow the same is already on youtube...?!
