im into making knives as well and i was wondering what source do you get your materials for making the handles? the wood you can get ahold of but the brass inlays pommels etc is difficult
Nice knives. I have a question for you. How did you put on the brass buttcap? I just got into forging knives and I would like to know the best way to put the buttcap on to make it so that you can't tell how it is attached.
Pretty good I really liked the pattern on your damascus knife and the last one you showed was pretty neat. But your first one may need a bigger cross guard just in case your hand slips on the blade.
damn dude, i didn't know you posted on youtube, i'm still intending to buy a knife from you when the money gets good =) keep up the good shit, you're kickass
thanks! I've only been blacksmithing for 4 years, I started damascus about 2 years ago. Since this video I've learned a lot more about damascus patterning and had lots of fun with it.
mate i have no idea how came across your vids, i had no intention of looking up smithing lol but your lades are class

A clip on the sheath is the last thing you want on a working knife sheath. Very easy to loose.

Awesome blades! Although now I'm kinda dissapointed, because I thought the steel clip on the sheath was my idea. Oh well, I guess you beat me to it.
