Thanks for your comment. In this prototype, corrugated plastic sheets have been used. Although it is not completely silent i.e. you can hear light slapping type of sound at higher winds if you are in the vicinity or if you have open windows, however, the power gain versus the sound db level is a compromise worth considering.
This prototype has been working in a residential backyard in this particular configuration about a year or so. There have been no concerns raised by any of the neighbors.
