I noticed that Alex said asked about a forced blood draw even though he had no criminal record, I guess he does now, why is it OK if you do have a criminal record? So, what? Also, in case of those that didn't know: In Australia, mandatory breath-testing motorists for alcohol has been around for about 20 or more years now.
If you refuse a breath test there, the police will arrest you. I believe that is good for road safety, however, others may disagree.
