Hey lerlialen.He always admitted to taking the money. It was his own paycheck. He never denied it. He has the right to his portion of the money.. The kids bank accounts are totally separate, so I don't think he was purposely taking anything away from his kids. The judge order him to put it back, but Kate also has to do the same. And I'm sure Jon will be allowed to get his money back because he worked for it too. The whole money issue doesn't change the fact that Kate was a bad wife.

He said he only took $22k, but the judge found out he took more than that and ordered to pay back $235k of the money which was NOT at all his paycheck. Kate did not pay anything back, because she provided proof of her spending. Judge was satisfied, and told her she didn't have to show up, whereas Jon on the hand.....

Kate was to money hungry to see that her husband wanted their family's happiness and privacy.

I really don't think that you've watched every episode from the very beginning, otherwise you would see how Kate is a total control freak and a huge B!otch!
