Everything gone.... I sure hope there was no loss of life... bad enough that we are looking at millions possibly billons of dollars in damage... and the rains are still coming.

There is 7000 cubic feet per second of water flowing over the spillway. It's 30 feet from the highway to the top of the culverts.

This picture is about where the highway was washed out. The water would have been at least 25' deep here. This entire valley was filled.
