Only less effective industrial wise. It affects short term memory while its in affect but it also slows the perception of time down and enables you to think in more creative terms.  In other words smoking at work isn't good, but when you get home at the end of the day it's a great wind down after a hard days work and you may even come up with ideas on how to solve work related problems while chilling out at home. Beear and Cigs can't don't do that at all.
