I'm trying to learn this composition, but since it requires to change your hands and finger's position on the keyboard quite frequently, my tiny hands aren't quick enough to reach those different parts on the keyboard therefore, I'm having lots of trouble playing it smoothly. This is a different version of the Allegro Cantabile, this is the "Piano Version" which also is on the OST of Nodame Cantabile. This one is supposed to be slow and he plays it perfectly.

Go online. Download (or buy lol) piano learning software. I recommend starting with eMedia Piano and Keyboard Method. Follow their lessons. Practice a song you love as well on the side.

Seriously, all it takes is hard work and persistence. Before you know it, you'll sound just as good as the piano players you are admire. Maybe even better ;D

This is a very beautiful arrangement of the piece. I'm impressed at the take you made on the song. It's kind of funny though since the name of the song is Allegro Cantabile, but in this arrangement it's not in Allegro which is why this version really changes the basic feel and essence of the original.
