There wasn't a genuine stride left hand, as it was scored by Joplin. Instead it was some two fingered chords, or something. A rather YouTubish posting however. This is why YouTube has been getting a bad rap since it's inception 5 years ago.
Without looking closely, the visual and audio combination can give the impression that it is fake, but I believe it is real though. You might want to get a better camera.
