If you ever consider using mods, even just small changer mods, try Somnia mod. It lets you simulate you're world while you sleep, you are in the bed for a few seconds but it simulates the whole day or night time while growing crops, and mob traps build up mobs while you sleep. I suggest using this because you do ALOT of grinding on these traps, and it seems stupid to have to wait so long for some levels, and I hardly consider not wanting to sit for 5 hours to grind 40 levels cheating.

Kind of a late response, but Doc you should try using stairs facing towards the center for the doorway to the blaze grinder! It would hide the pistons and it provides a cool design! Hope your get a chance to read this, thanks for the vids :-)

You should hook up the presure plates in front of the pistondoor in the nether to the "open gate" button of the blaze farm, that way they fall down when you enter and you can crush more blaze!

Hey doc, I know you are busy, and I respect that. I hate to, but I have to ask. I am making an RFW style map, and I am putting a ton of effort into it. It is looking pretty epic so far, and I am almost finished (maybe in the next few weeks?) LOL! The feather falling is just ridicullus i saw a Vechz video showing him jumping him from the top of the world down to bed rock and he lived it. So yeah whoo needs water or ladder break for quick drops now?

I think Vechs did testing with feather fall level 4 or 5, skybox to bedrock, and he had half a heart left

I really like concept of yours when doing episodes like this - you don't do much in episodes,you show stuff you made an explain how it works - World Tour.So are you treating it as your trademark,and would not like other people to use it,or we can take it as new branch of LPing?I would do it with bunch of mods,so it wouldn't look as nearly as same of yours.I would just take concept of it - not really playing,but showing what i've done and how it works.Also,your episodes are amasing as always.GJ!

Doc, I don't see why you don't have as many subs as Etho. I really like Etho, he's totally rocking Legendary and his LP's are awesome as well - you can see the progress.

Your Minecraft videos have astonishing quality and you make absolutely amazing buildings. I really like that slab-architecture to embellish walls.

In short, you two are really complementary, you both offer videos with very very good quality, but the way you approach the game Minecraft is different. Which is awesome. Keep going.

@ZIZFREAK Yeah they both are one of the best minecrafters on YT and they make the best quality vids but sometimes the subscribes go really weird, an example are the Yogscast guys, don't get me wrong, I like them, and I think that they are really funny but they don'y drop so good quality vids like Doc or Etho and they don't deserve those many subscribers like Doc or Etho.

@zimmme23 I don't know if you can do that without repeaters you could make it with redstone torches but they give only 1 tick delay and repeaters can make to 4 tick delay.

You could make an despawn timer but itis a 5 min timer

doc have you thought about using glowstone in your sliding doors in the nether? i recon that may look quite neet even if a little predictable... also it is possible to get your sliding tracks back over lava... you would have to put another line of pistons on the oposit wall that push solid blocks out that the tracks can then slide onto and retract after the tracks but that would allow for it to be mob proof and epic again :P.....

@nordek1234 going as high as posible is best... it is a rare enchant which is the problem... i know (from etho i think) that it rapidly goes up when entering lvl 47... then 48 is a rapid increase as well so is 49 and 50.... other than that it is VERY VERY rare... remeber your more likely to get it on dimond picks as well... the reason alot of people have it on iron tools is that they can produce many many many of them unlike dimond

I think it would be awesome to get rid of the pot lights in the middle of the tunnel, so you can see going in then it gets dark and spooky then you can suddenly see again like a light at the end of the tunnel sort of thing... If I make one of these it's going to be going to my Nether portal and it's going to do that but only one-way.
