You interpreted the book correctly & don't mean bitch in the literally sense. I notice the doormats of the world took this book wrong & whine saying it's about being mean. Puh-lease! You're clearly a bitch! In a good way like the book says. I'm a proud bitch too. Men love women who are in charge of their lives & don't jump at any old guy who doesn't even try to court her. I don't know why it is hard from some women to understand what Sherry Argov is saying in her book....just like women don't want a "nice" guy.....men don't want a "nice" girl as his wife and if he does wife her up...he will cheat, use her and do everything under the sun that ain't right simply because, HE CAN. This book is right on point and gives some great advice. I believe women should by both books by Sherry Argov.....it isn't that much money on Amazon.com.

I'm living fact this book worksss. Good looking out good luck apply it to your relationships it will be well worth it. I had my boyfriend in love with me in 5months after reading this book. We've been together now for one year I still use those skills when I want him to straighten out.

while the book is true about self respect and attitude, the other side, with the unavailability, it's completely far fetched, that's why there is no recipe for happiness so to speak and nobody ever succeeded with writing or following this kind of advice.

thanks for posting this, but i have read the book and i have also experienced relationships so i can say. i had a boyfriend so to speak who was terribly crazy about me because he said i'm a 'bitch'-i know what i want, i dont take bullshit from nobody, i have integrity, etc. there was never the idea of babies, relationships or anything like that between us yet i had him wrapped around my finger. because i didn't wanna meet him, i slept with him 7 months after we met.

I have to semi-disagree with the nice girl always driving vs. bitch getting picked up. Personally I like to meet up or drive MYSELF somewhere especially during the dating stage b/c 1) You don't really know him that well 2) I can come and go when I want so if he pisses me off or I don't feel safe I've got MY ride.

I do the same thing, I always make sure MY way to and back is taken care of...by ME lol

There may be some small truths to what is said but most of it is sexist, disrespectful BS. Obviously every guy isn't a jerk just like every nice girl isn't a pushover. It's entertaining lighten up!
