  • Consider reaching for a mag first than using your thumb to release your empty. I shoot lefty so with the AR-15 series rifle I have to reach for a mag first, use my thumb to drop my empty than load a new mag.

  • Anyone bitching about the 5 round mag limit better have written a letter to their member of congress.

  • This is why the US will invade Canada, they do have oil afterall.

  • @LowRoller420 I know your comment isn't serious, but the funny thing is, if there is ever any real and widespread emergency, we can convert our mags to 30 rounders easily.

  • Yes pull the rivet out. fuck it! Fuck those canadian laws.

  • Pull the rivet out of the mag, a shoot 30 rounds

  • Is that a CPGear tac vest??? Way to go!!!

  • if your just shooting at targets there is no limit to shotgun magazine capacity

  • just take the pins out of the mags when the shit hates the fan!

  • If I were a criminal in Canada, I wouldn't care about magazine laws. It really sucks for the people who aren't a real threat to society.

  • nice mag change that was rly fast!

  • I wish the laws will change one day and that prohibited weapons are legal again.

  • @pedja880715 would be nice if it happens the same day i wake up with natalie portman in my bed

  • @TheGuyWithAWeirdName

i would like to wake up with natalie portman and angelina jolie loll

  • SHTF unpin the mags and rock on.

  • @riverdave7 hahahha hell yeah.

  • @riverdave7 my greatest fear is that when SHTF, the law will arrest people who have unpinned their mags, while bandits roam free with hi cap stuff

  • i feel bad for you Canadians :( 5 shots would be torture, its like have a bite of some food and not the whole plate

  • Your're right man, but you know it's better 5 rounds instead of 0 (no gun)

  • @D1333x I hate not being able to eat the whole plate :P

  • wow.. sick reload speed..

  • at least those 5 round mags force you to do some really fast reloads :D. nice speed ;)

  • @serbmafioso3 travor 21.. military non restricted... 50 cal bmg non restricted.. ya 1 is prohib but rest are non.. go figure..

  • o man good reload!

  • lol , i feel for you man , im canadian too, the five round mag is a kick in the ass

  • @haggard969

I know right! it sucks, I counted 5 rounds each mag and knew he must be Canadian. One day the government will realize...

  • @haggard969 move to the US and than you can get 30 round mags

  • @haggard969 We should all stop crying and face it. Or lift our freaking butt off our seat and sign a petition then talk to the shooting federation.

  • drill out that rivet bitch

  • This is legal in Canada and the price is not too bad either. It looks like an AK47 so it should sell good.

  • nice!!! can't wait to start using mine!

  • Nice " SA vz. 58p "

  • Smart man. First guy I saw to put 1 in the chamber and then the 5 rd mag......no 1 ever seems to remember it holds 5+1 :)

  • Sorry, I didn't think there was anything wrong with my HSGI Warlord. Get a life.

  • Why in the purple f*ck are you using our POS tac vest for your reloading drills? If you can afford a CZ, spring for a decent rig. Jesus, man. Give Tac Tailor some of your hard earned money.

  • haha yeah body armor here in Canada isnt illegal...It tends not to kill alot of folks what with it being clothing.

I too plan on buying some decent body armor eventually. For all of you who say "why do you need body armor" I say "I dont need it I want it!" :)

That, and zombies- always with the zombies.

  • @CanadianReich they want to make it illegal in B.C.....so gangsters wont use it.....yes, a NDP idea.

  • Comment removed

  • Obviously they will, after all, its a 10K fine, or 6 months in jail if they catch you with it. What honest gangster would want to risk that?

  • Comment removed

  • Around here the biggest concern has been the other gangsters 9mm, a mac 11 particularly

  • Civilian body armor sounds like a good idea. 9mm can be easily stoped by soft armor you can wear under a shirt.

I just feel bad for eveyone in BC.

Gansters will have guns and armor regardless, civilians dont have the option for either for protection.

  • @CanadianReich Truth is,I have some surpuls body armor at the moment, as the B.C gov has not passed this dumb law yet.

But yeah, civilian body armor is about 300 bucks here, and its meant to go under a shirt.

I can never understand why all the gangsters get to have all the fun.

  • I just ordered the "nothern irish police vest" from Fronteir firearms. Its like 260 bucks I think all in. Class 3 with Class 4 front and back plates. Weights 20lbs lol. Im hoping the plates come out then ive "soft" armor. Class 3 is quite good imo. I cant see me using class 4 plates for anything short of fending off a Communist or zombie invasion. Should be here soon :)

  • Oh yeah,I saw that stuff. looks pretty bulky in the pics though. My SVT-40 is in the mail as of today :)

My surplus German stuff lacks the plates, if i had them it would be a level...3 i think.

  • How did that vest work out for you?

  • Well at first I thought it was too short, but then I researched a bit and found out it was litterally perfect according to poilce specs. Ill put up a vid of it soon, very soon. Its around belly button level front, 1 inch up on back and sides, as recommened for police what with their sitting down alot in their car or donought shops. This space is also there for ease of grabbing their postol and stuff on the belts. The Fronteir Firearms N.I. Police vest is a very good buy for the $

  • The vidieo of it is up, click my name and check it out. Ive only got 2 uploads, its the newest one. "police body armor" i think its titled.

  • Nice !

  • Ok how in the world did he slit that mag in so quickly?

My 858 mags are TIGHT! they need a little force to be put in, I tried polishing on of the mag lips but it just made it worse lol...

    Whats the trick?

  • Try relieving the mag well with a file or some emry cloth. Its time consuming but it will make reloads a lot smoother.

  • You'd probably be faster if you used your left hand to hit the charging handle.

  • Wow, that's what you call an informed comment ladies and gentlemen.

  • why would you want a bolt rifle when a semi is so much more fun?

its not all about paper punching...

    fast reloading boy!

  • Not everyone needs a big gun to make up for their small dick.

  • Not everyone needs a small gun to make up for their big dick.

  • haha rofl ur funee

  • Is the 858 mag anything like the Canadian sks pined 5 round mag? Not that I would ever try anything like this, but..... My Canadian mod 5 round sks's mag is simply pined with a welded pin that sits between the ammo spring and the inside well of the mag. If so, an illegal mod using a grinder would fix the problem (bu simply removing the pin that is welded on the ammo spring inside the mag). This would be illegal and I never recommend such an action.... Do you think this would work?

  • I just bought an CZ 858 today, the mags are pinned to 5 roudns by a visible dinky little brass

rivet. it would take 10 mins to pry it off with some tweezers and Id have a 30rd mag.

  • lol

gotta love our gun laws huh?

My brothers each have one of those, and they love em. Good quality guns as far as I can tell.

  • Yeah, they're great. Closest thing to an AK47 we can own in Canada but They're more accurate and more reliable, and the machined receiver is is very high quality. I can hit a pie plate sized target with iron sights at 200m from standing position 60% of the time, and 90% of the time from a table with some sand bags to support the rifle. Milsurp 7.62X39 is cheap too, 1120 round crate for $199...comes to like 17cents /round....considering .223 is like 50-60 cents/ round

  • No complaints on the gun but funny how we can have Russian SKS, and Russian Tokarov's but not Russian AK's.

And don't get me started on the Norinko knock off's

  • kurva ceska zbran ne to vi nemuzete znat amici :D

  • Strange..........5 Rounds, yet I can't think of anywhere in Canada that looks like Nevada. Maybe way out in Drumheller (SP?) in the summer?

  • u must live in interior BC dont you?

  • He's practicing reloads with only a few rounds in each clip. I do th esame thing with my 10/22.

  • No, he is canadian. He has a 5 round mag. Ask him yourself.

  • k asswipe canadiens dont fuckin live in igloo's and in montreal its 10 round capacity also.

  • 1. Learn how to spell.

    2. Learn how to use grammar properly.

    3. Learn how to use punctuation.

    4. Ten round capacity for hand guns.

    5. There is no capacity limit for rim-fire guns.

    6. There is no capacity limit for long guns that aren't semi-auto.

    7. Large capacity magazines are not prohibited if they are permanently altered so that they cannot hold more than the number of cartridges allowed by law.

    Class dismissed!

  • Comment removed

  • 10 round capacity only for "assault rifles" that use 5.56 nato (.223) as they can hold the LAR15 *handgun* mags.

We can put handgun mags in the "assault rifles" legally, and they are 10 rds.

Also, as far as fast mag changes go I find its all about the "T". Match the "T" on the mag with the "T" hole on the mag port and it all slides in ez.

  • yup...5 fucking rounds....its bullshit, but better they what the got goin on in the uk I guess..

  • he is Canadian. Recently they have started to import a lot of these VZ 58's and they are quite popular. This is mostly because any AK-47 variants are prohibited in Canada and this, though looking similar, is not related to the AK operation at all. They are very good rifles though. And in Canada you are only allowed 5 round magazines for any semi-automatic rifle that shoots center-fire rounds.

  • This guy obviously lives in Canada if he is shooting 5 rounds from a VZ-58. The US has now started importing/building VZ-58's and we get 30 round mags >=D

  • @bingo223 - You guy's are lucky :-(

  • well i am picking this cz up as well from wolverine supply and will post videos on revarneshing the stock and restaining the wood i look forward to chating it up peace niko from winnipeg

  • yea i hate these canadian laws, only 5 fucking bullets at a time and 3 in a shotgun, its real stupid

  • Wrong, there are certain firearms with higher capacity. Theres a 10 shot m16 magazine that is 100% legal and will fit in most varients. Also the three rule shotgun plug is only for hunting duck, otherwise there is no limit for shotguns. I myself own a m590 with a 9 shot magazine tube.

  • right and wrong. Shotguns need to be at 5 rounds only if semi auto.

Any manually operated firearm (break, pump, lever, etc) can have any magazine capacity, it is not limited assuming the magazine for that firearm was designed ONLY for that firearm. Semi auto's are all 5 rounds except for .22 rimfire. Handguns that are semi are 10 rounds. The AR15 magazine that is legal is defined as a handgun magazine for the RRA AR15 pistol, thus its legality.

  • 10 shot m16? I dunno about your part of the country but here in N.S. we're capped at 5 rounds for a semi auto rifle.

  • LAR pistol mag can be fitted to an ar-15 and completly legal. 10 rounds

  • More in a shotgun if you are only using it for target - mine holds 5 total at least and I have heard of 8 (I thought it was illegal but the gunstore said it wasnt)

  • @wilberredeyes 3 in a shot gun O,o... you sure about that.. thats hunting regs.. if it semi then its 5 but pump go nuts.. I got 1 that does 6 i can make it 8 if I want..

  • @wilberredeyes ya i feel for you, im in canada 2

  • @wilberredeyes 3 in a shotgun is only a hunting reg... not a shooting one.. its 5 for semi unlimited for pump..

  • @wilberredeyes When I take my shotgun deer hunting I have 6 slugs in it and it's legal. But if your hunting birds then you can only have 3 steel shot rounds.

  • @wilberredeyes

    un pin your mags ( ;

  • @wilberredeyes It's not 3 in a shotgun, it infinite in pump or 5 in semi-auto.

  • @Maximum150 Just think about it....Infinitie pump...

  • @wilberredeyes 3 in a shotgun? not true. the limitation in shotguns apply only when hunting CERTAIN birds, the rest of the time you can put all you want, ive seen up to 8

  • @wilberredeyes Um maybe 3 in a shotgun for hunting. But manual repeating firearms have no mag limit. Neither do chain fed semi's! 50 round belts aren't mags! Yay loopholes!

  • @wilberredeyes Actually its as many as you can in a shotgun. Just 3 when hunting :)

  • @wilberredeyes 3 rounds in a shotgun if your hunting.

there are many shotguns available with a legal capacity of more then 3 rounds.

  • @wilberredeyes There is no limit for pump action shotguns, my mossberg holds 9, got it that way right off the shelf.

  • @wilberredeyes 3 in a shotgun while hunting.

  • find out how to use a grinder yet??? that prick holds 30, not 5!!!!!!

  • Why waste 30 rounds to practice one reload? I load mine to 5 rounds too, just to practice rapid reloads.

  • I do the same drills with mine but I use my support hand to strike the charging handle after changing mags. It seems a little faster and I don't have to switch hands.
