@Aeolus777 The basic effects is simple. It takes a lot of tweaking to get it right. First change your after effect comp from 8bit to 32bit. Then duplicate your footage and invert the top one. Use overlay or vivid light as blending mode. Blur the inverted layer about 10-30 pixels depending on your footage. Remember to have evenly lit footage and avoid black and white (black sweaters, white shirts, overexposed sky etc)
This should be the basic effect, after this it all comes down to tweaking.
