One of the characteristics of Youtube videos is that you will NOT know the content of the video unless you watch it completely. The title may be altered to earn attention and hits, and the tags are not reliable since they function similarly. Even the description at the right side may be used for advertisement instead of showing the real content of the video.

One thing that certainly supports your position--that YouTube is disorganized and not all that it can be--is the fact that I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to leave a comment for our first assignment. Assuming it is, however, I will say that my limited experience with YouTube leaves me feeling the same way as you; it's a fascinating concept, but it could be made much more functional. By the end of this sentence, I will be at the maximum character count, which is quite frustrating.
