Marsala Black Curry

I just can't seem to get into black curries.

Looks like you slipped an "r" into masala. Marsala is completely different.

Its real name is Masala not marsala..its combination of different spices...

I work in Manhattan. And for lunch, I often go to this place called GoGo Curry. It's owned and run by some Japanese guys. Not sure if it's a chain restaurant. But their curry looks almost exactly like that. Very dark and flavorful. Not really "spicy" per se, but VERY rich in taste. I usually get the pork cutlet plate with some Fukujin-zuke. Comes out at around $9.00

I can eat their curry EVERY DAY if I wanted to.

But the curry my mother used to make is still the best in my book!
