If I were an NBA owner I would move my team to seatle (bobcats owner we'll say) and change the name to the seatle white mambas. Then I would trade away all my black players and pick up scalabrine, darko milicic, matt bonner, brian cardinal, steve blake, luke walton, Jimmer, JJ redick, chris kaman, and mike dunleavy.  And we would dominate the NBA for years and years. Not one, not two, not three.....

Not really a travel. Refs allow you a step or two to establish possession when picking up the ball or receiving a pass. Even though Scalabrine bounced it a couple times he never had possession until he grabbed it, then took a step, and a jump stop, then jumped. Refs allow this all the time, though by the letter of the rules it could be considered traveling.
