Ok this is what i understand of the story: Siwon likes the girl and so does Hankyung (well their characters). So i guess they see that locket as kind of like whats in the girls heart (Hankyung). So i guess Siwon really wanted it so he held the girl as hostage and yada ya. Then he opens the locket and find out he killed the girls real lover? O_o now im confused.

did you see part 1? Siwon is a robber and he held the girl who is Hankyung's girlfriend as a hostage and carelessly got her necklace when he was holding her. Hankyung got shot so he became a gork and finally die and his family donated his heart, The guy who got Hankyun's heart is Siwon. Since Siwon has Hankyung's heart, he dreamed waht happened that day and the girl. He found the girl and gave the necklace back to the tirl and made a confession. Hankyung also talked about this in the interview.
