I fail to see how the actions depicted here constitute war crimes. these soldiers confirmed the people on the ground as armed, gained permission to engage and did so. it is definitely upsetting that the man in the van made the very poor decision of trying to help a wounded man in what was more or less a battlefield, however one sided said battle was. the fact remains that while his death was regrettable, it is simply not wise to remove a wounded man from an obvious military action.

These people had no weapons. It simply demonstrates the gun how if it moves shoot it attitude that the West is using in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
