i just got to the Lab level now and i can't get through. you know when it's the portal in the tower and you have to go up and up and up. i am stuck at the 4th level.

You might want to watch the walk through videos of this level. Normally you will need to find a box that or a square on the ground that works as sort of a trampoline, it take a while to jump over all the pipes to go up.

i am now at the last level when you have to jump on that pipe but i keep smashing my head on her.

It takes some time to get it right. Just try to jump little aside and then land on the pipe. Keep trying you'll get it eventually.

but i found most of them already and my friends devon rented hellwars and found this secret when runing away from the almost dead children that come down the stairs
