The only problem with bass is without an amp you can't here it from 3 ft.away;I would be really interested in seeing a 12 string acoustic bass that could be heard without an amp at all you know like a 12 string acoustic guitar now that would make sense because tapping doesn't translate well to acoustic's.

1/Why is this called a bass? It goes so far past bass range. We don't call a piano an "88-key bass-piano". 2/ For as well as this man plays, he's not showing us the instrument's potential. This arrangement could be played on 6 strings without big position changes, & less than 6 strings by a player w/good chops.
