  • what kind of video is that?

  • you guys have way too much time on your hands

  • Thats a sweet lookin high lift, I dont have 1 yet but I am going to get one , and black and gold looks sweet.... Nice truck !.

  • you can hear someone pushing the trotlle

  • i once got given a "rc truck" to repair and the only thing that worked was the winch. cool only because so unneccesary.

  • its preety cool man!

  • where can u buy these trucks and stuff

  • do that but do it on some rocks or something but nice winch!

  • hey, whatd you use to power the winch, a servo or a very low turn motor?

btw, its on the 3rd channel right?

  • I used a standard Futaba servo though a high torque servo should be used; I wanted to make sure it would work before I hacked a more expensive servo.

And it's on a 4th channel, the 3rd is used to shit the 3 speed tranny.

  • hah "shit" the tranny.

  • lmfao

  • Pardon my ignorance cause im fresh at this. But is that a tamiya truck? Where did you learn some of your skillz?

  • that cool can u tell me how u did it

  • thats asome how do you get a winch can you tell me how cause i need one for my rc

    thanks

  • @undrOtheObridge i made one out of a old high torque servo. it was a stearing servo so i took it apart and disconected the broke of all the parts that kept it from spinning 360degreez and hoocked it to a 9volt battery

  • thats awesome! wish i had one!

  • hi

did you make the winch or buy it if u bought it could you tell me where and how much please

    many thanks

    Adam

  • somebody is slow :D

  • Paintstikker....yeah, potimeter...I said pot because I don't know how to spell it haha.

  • potentiometer!

  • In the servo, I cut out the part that turns the pot (the pot tells the motor when to stop turning), so the motor would contstantly spin. Then I used two circular servo horns, and stacked them as a drum to hold the string. It's not so strong now, but I got bored, and only had a standard servo on hand. Once I get a high torque one for it, it should be better. I'll also get some better string that's not yellow...
