  • @TUCKER1111100 It took me a few minutes, but I figured it out. it may be too long for one comment, though. So I've put up my transcription (just guitar chords) on ultimate guitar tabs archive. It should be ready for viewing in 48 hours if they do their job. if not, I'll ne happy to find another way to help you and anyone else who wishes to learn this awesome song!

    thanks, Tucker.

    Thucker.

  • I asked my parents if we could move, just so that I could go to St. Heathen's Grammar School in Grantham!

  • Toronto!

  • That VCS3... er... Harrington 1200... looks to be in really good condition. I wonder where they got it?

  • If only I had my own "Boite Diabolique"! I think it could really help me further my career in gothic music. Got any cheap second-hands? I'll pay no more than the soul of a loved one, not mine, but definitely someone I care about.

  • did anyone else see toronto on the periodic table?

  • Shit Partario, get it together

  • Kurt Cobain found the forbidden notes and it drove him to suicide.

  • Nick Frost was the caveman!!

  • I want a Harrington 1200 - can I get it from Dixons?

  • lol there are actually people on yahoo asking whether they should name their babies Partario

  • that song little mouse is actually better than some of the crap music you hear today lol :)

  • 1:28 Toronto...I just love the subtle genius of this programme

  • To this day my iPod is labelled "Boîte Diabolique".

  • Ah I want a look around you pencil XD

  • sounds like Life On Mars

  • But the others don't go away empty-handed, they each receive a consolation prize of a "Look Around You" pencil.

  • nick frost at the start

  • smack those flowers

  • Did anyone catch the beatles reference in the beggining?

  • @thegrishfish55 The number 9? I checked the comments to see if anyone else heard... wasnt sure. Would it be the same guy that says it on revolution no. 9?...do ya think..

  • @emoleemo I think its just the way he says "Numbuh- nine" But yea

  • I'm now going to name my son Partario.

  • "Although, we'd probably get used to it after a while."

  • 6:13 LMFAO!!!!! I was eating a tamale and I spat out my meal, I'm so angry but the laughing made me forgive the video. I am now chewing again whilst typing this.

  • @CaMote558

It's a little known fact that the English don't know what a tamale is.

  • Partario, you dumbass.

  • The Harrington 1200 costs £999.99 1/2

    Write that in your copybook

  • Helen, Rosy, and Partario.

  • LOL S IS NOT A MUSICAL KEY!

  • @Flaminglog

I'm going to bring my synth when we go, should be dope.

  • I wonder if they released Little Mouse as an actual track.

Also, I like how the guy at the end looks at the dynamite with just a pair of goggles on.

  • the beatles' didn't have a Scarecrow song, but Pink Floyd did in their premier album with Syd Barrett, on Piper at the gates of Dawn.

  • I think great music really started with Grozart's Blue Period....but maybe that's just me.

  • Helen looks like Jon Malkovich as a little girl.

  • @SpookyDarling cannot unsee -.-

  • What's the song in the begining btw? The guitar song..

  • I love the Beatles Revolution 9 reference at 1:05.

  • @MrRica5 It's rather subtle isn't it... You'll find it chapter NUMBER NINE of your textbook.

  • haha the guy was sitting right next to the dynamite

  • At 3:46 ... WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING?!?!? o_O

  • @Tetyana07 As a rock with eyes, it is likely one of the many references to Moai that show up on episodes of look around you - most frequently in the form of Imhotep, one of the generic people mentioned in their experiments (and on top of the pops).

  • @vardulon looks more like a little owl figure.

  • I think I may have found my new favorite tv show

  • I think that Vengeance used voice samples of this serie for their vocal sound pack.

  • See Partario?! You could have won a harp! You didn't even try!

  • 'S' key! LOL!

  • "...and increasingly by women..." ! Man, these are still funny. Too bad some kids aren't old enough to remember the film-strips they spoof. Or "Basic", come to that!

  • HEY THERE LITTLE MOUSE!

  • 18 people didn't get their consolation prize of a Look Around You pencil.

  • HOW OLD IS THAT 'PUPIL'?

  • i bet i could make music with the oscillators...

  • DX I DONT GET IT.

  • 1:05 - 'Number 9.' Is that a reference to the Beatles song Revolution 9?

  • Haha loved the chart. "Dog eat dog" was by AC/DC. Soooo funny. It has a cult following look around you.

  • Tempo = quite fahst

  • Tempo = Quite fahst

  • *High Pitched Voice* LITTLE MOUSE!

  • st heathens lol

  • My favorite key is S Major.

  • haha that move at 4:57

  • 5:42 Pingu!

  • is it me, or is "little mouse" bloody catchy?

  • @placidandy I love this song. ^^

  • "Quite fast" "In the key of S"

  • 17 people became the next Grozart.

  • Whatever happened to the Ombudsmen?

  • I think John Lennon sampled this "number nine" from this film for the track "Revolution No. 9" . check 1:04

  • @felixbrix No, he got it from a sound tape in Abbey Road Studios. The Look Around You series was filmed from 2002-2005.

But I do agree, it sounds extremely similar. It might have been intentional.

  • @ThroughRock ok thanx =)

  • @felixbrix I agree

  • This is why the British are awesome.

  • Beatles fans: listen at 1:06. It's the same "number nine" that is heard repeatedly on The White Album.

  • 17 people like birdsongs.

  • Was that an EMS synthesizer? Also looked liked a Space Echo.

  • @shelly10538

    Aye. VCS3 Mk1.

  • Partario watched this video 17 times

  • what birds are we just dont know XD

  • Hey now little mouse!!

  • "... quite fast"

  • 16 people are sad

  • Is that caveman Nick Frost?!

  • @atraindain Yup :)

  • "Entire video"

too many brilliant things back to back to quote

  • i love partario so much he is my hero

  • 16 people did not like this.

  • @ccjuju 16 people are making dislike button jokes.

  • @ccjuju 5 homosexual people were offended by your use of the word 'faggots'.

  • I actually found the Boîte Diabolique notes. They're played on the loading screen for the c64 game Night Breed.

    Write that down.

  • It's in the key... of "S." Write that down!

  • The name of the grammar school is St. Heathen's.

  • lolololol. so scientific.

  • poor mouse!

  • @gahfinally: At the risk of sounding outrageously pedantic, one could argue that in German music nomenclature, S actually IS a key (specifically E-flat)! :)

These are such clever lampoons, it would be easy for some to tune into them halfway through and mistake it for the real thing (and I'm sure some have). The number of subtle sight gags are amazing.

I own a "Harrington 1200 console" - must get out a microphone and see what it does with some spoken directions ... (the key of Q perhaps?)

  • That Caveman is Nick Frost!

  • @kazbarr74 I thought it was too!

  • At least hipsters can't say :

I knew the key of S BEFORE it became popular.

  • The forbidden notes must include some oboe recordings...

  • "Write that down in your copybooks, now."

  • What town was Schubert built in? What town was Schubert built in? No one? Schubert was born in Vienna.

  • Chapter..Number 9..

  • Why does the caveman have cerebral palsy?

  • Partario ! LOL !

  • I wish I had almost 1,000 pounds. I could really use a Harrington 1200.

  • Partario....I am disappoint.

  • 1:26 - TOP RIGHT CORNER. IS THAT TORONTO? xD

  • 'Partario' may be the best made up name i have ever heard.

  • Lost my textbook, anyone got a spare?

  • I went to Saint Heathens

  • gotta love those forbidden notes :D

  • ... And Partario
