  • I belive the city is karosta not far from liepaja, It is an abandoned soviet military city. Also the tsar had strategic military there. Awsome place!

  • @eriik1919 Yep its "Korosta" It is awesome. I was there and its like time standing still.There is alot to see there. The Church is awesome in contrast to its surroundings.
