Thanks for the effort, but im thinking about the clip of the movie at the restaraunt. It is the beginning of the movie, when he is talking a joke about a bear. The movie is about about a guy, who doesnt take serious anything and all the people starts uncontrollably smiling for no reason at him so long untill the have heart attach (i think). I once saw the movie and it was the best, really funny movie (it maybe doesnt look like when you read the plot of the movie :D).
