Ok I need some really good help with my husbands snoring. He sleeps on his side already and that doesn't help. He's lost weight and that didn't change anything. The nose strips didn't work. So idk. I'm a light sleeper as it is and this is not helping me! I need help!!!!!!!!

@shadowwiccan18 If he's like me it might be enlarged adenoids/tonsils. I've been looking for cures, as im of good weight and sleep on my side there isnt much more i can do. THings i've heard can help - 1.drinking a spoonfull of olive oil before bed. 2. burning some marjoram oil 2 hours before bed and having the scent in the room overnight.

3. Singing exercises

Ive tried all these but not sure of the results because im asleep lol
