  • Wait, income tax is against the law? If there was no income tax, there would be no money feeding the government. No money in government means no government workers or military. Also income tax has been around since the beginning of civilization itself, and it works pretty damn well. The way our government uses it does not, don't abolish income tax, abolish the people who misuse it.

  • @flavorysoup Income tax didn't exist until 1913. The government gets money through many other taxes and tariffs, ie tolls, gas tax, corporation tax, excise tax, gift tax, etc

  • @flavorysoup It didn't exist in THIS country until 1913. The concept is not new and it has worked well for past cultures.

  • No law under the supreme court can be overturned. And the only courts putting people into incarceration are below supreme court. Fight this power and end the IRS,IMF. jail the true criminals and show us what true justice is.

  • The 16th wasn't ratified the first time around. But it has been now. Not only that but the fedural supreme court defined income the same as speach, meaning any income is subject to taxation. And worst of all this no taxes, or tax cuts is BULLSHIT. Tax cuts, or no taxes, sucks up wealth from the lower class, and puts into the top wealthiest class. Maybe you all need to get involved with the occupy movements, at least many of them understand that we dont want tax cuts, especially for the top 1%!

  • The IRS> ANother reason not to have children. Only stupid people are breeding.

  • title 26 is a Prima Facie law... that means it isn't a Positive law... which means title 26 was never enacted into a Statute... Statutes are laws... title 26 is not a Statute... which means title 26 is not the law... it's Prima Facie law...

there is no law that requires to pay income tax... =)

  • Then why do soo many people end up in prison for not filing or paying taxes?

  • for no reason dude its a scam look the 16 amendment says nothing about this tax kuz all the money goes to the countries depth that they have and depth started by the same people because every dollar they gave away was with interest so all the money they get they keep for them selves they dont use it for nothing school, hospitals,or streets nothing u are just giving money to the bakers themselves basicly right towards their pocket

  • This is such bullshit!!! The income is legal. See section 1 of Title 26. And yes, the 16th Amendment was properly ratified.

  • Then why would Ron Paul and others in political positions go around claiming such?

  • @socialgarbage2 Ron Paul knows medicine, he doesn't understand constitutional law.

  • @proferic yeah anyone who is less than a 15 term congressman knows nothing about legislation or gov't. You're a genius.

  • @proferic "After a year of extensive research, Bill Benson discovered that the 16th Amendment was not ratified by the required 3/4 of the states, but nevertheless Secretary of State Philander Knox fraudulently announced ratification." Now using FACTS, debunk that, instead of making empty claims. Why are you so evil? Are you dependent on the Rothschild financial dictatorship for your livelyhood? Why are you even doing this?

  • @Cashify evidence is a 16 page memorandum from the Solicitor of the Department of State, whose duty is the provision of legal opinions for the use of the Secretary of State. In this memorandum sent to the Secretary of State, the Solicitor of the Department of State lists the many errors he found in the ratification process

  • The Kentucky Senate voted upon the resolution, but rejected it by a vote of 9 in favor and 22 opposed.

The Oklahoma Senate amended the language of the 16th Amendment to have a precisely opposite meaning.

The California legislative assembly never recorded any vote upon any proposal to adopt the amendment proposed by Congress.

The State of Minnesota sent nothing to the Secretary of State in Washington

  • There are a handful of people who have avoided criminal (but not civil) penalties by convincing a jury that they were too STUPID or delusional to understand the tax laws and their violations were not willful, but no one has ever won against the IRS in a tax collection case using one of the frivolous arguments.
