Can I add sliced canalope, peaches, bananas, and other fruites with the strawberry?

If I wanted to make it sweeter, but less fattening; should I add cream, or honey?

Can I add sliced kiwis? And top it off with some shaved chocolate, or sprinkles?

Would that add more fat to the recipe? Or is there a way to keep this smoothie healthy?
