i've just been there. i really had fun there. n my hotel is right on the main beach. every morning i can have a dip in the warm sea. and spa is open during night...awesome!!worth a visit.

London and Surfers are at complete opposite ends of the spectrum. London is the fast life, hard night clubs, city life, nasty people and in some parts is just fuckin scummy. That's what us English like, we like a bit of grime.

Then you've got surfers which is laid back, chilled, everyone's cool and it is just like a paradise.

Personally, and the majority of people are gonna like surfers more. But as a kid in a gang you can't get better than the streets of London. Peace!

we would get pretty damn cold if we swum in the water in winter without a wetsuit. but in the summer, its warm enough to swim/ surf without. especially in the south of britain. :) our beaches are nice in a different way. we dont have the palms (except in the south west of england), we dont have the beach bums. we have miles and miles of wind swept dunes where you walk your dogs or go for long walks and eat fish and chips. its a different atmosphere, and we like both your beaches and ours :)
