@Chaosqaal It's more on playing on stereotypes. Actually 2 in this case. First being that bikers are all tough guys fighting in bars etc. Secondary stereotype is of course that their bikes are more dear to them that their own lives.

It is kind of true, most riders while not being physically fit or stamina wise fit are fairly big hairy fat guys who just with their body mass would break most people. Like the actor portraying a typical fat tough guy biker.
